Hello! Welcome to Kell-Read, a place where I’m going to write a bunch of stuff related to books, reading, and the general bibliophile life!
Kell-Read, a play on well-read, is what I strive to be! I love reading, and I love writing about books I’ve read, and discussing them with like-minded people. I’m not often overly critical of books, and it isn’t often that I DNF or completely dislike a book! If I give a book anything less than 3 stars (which happens very rarely), I must have really REALLY disliked it. I am liberal in my star ratings, and I like to see the positives in every book I read.
I’m hoping that by starting this blog along with my Instagram, I will reach a wider group of people who love to read and chat about all things books. It’s also for me, to keep track of books that I’ve read, and my reactions + thoughts about them! I am notorious for forgetting plots, characters, and any thoughts about books I’ve read unless I’ve written them down, so this is me, holding myself accountable!
